    • 1. We accept returns within 20 days of the purchase date.
    • 2. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
    • 3. To initiate a return, contact our customer support at remarkablemount23@gmail.com with your order number and details.
  2. Refunds:

      • 1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      • 2. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 days.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error.


Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event of receiving a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.


Cancellations:

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. After this period, the order cannot be cancelled.

In case the item you received is damaged or defective, you could return an item in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred.
